King Mustangs XC had a great 2021 season. The team placed 4th in district. 2021 team members were juniors Talor King and Andrew Bennett, sophomores Jackson Lovvorn, Diego Canto, dand Jaydon Couture, freshman Matthew Cantu and Jeremiah Esparza. King had two regional qualifiers (Jackson Lovvorn & Diego Canto). Jackson Lovvorn qualified to the 5A state meet and placed 54th place.
The Mustangs will be returning all 7 team members for the 2022 season and looking to qualify to the Region IV meet as a team.
Summer practices will be every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday starting in June @ Cole Park. 7:30 - 9:00 in the morning.
